Does anyone have experience using VR with Hyprland?
How has it been working for you so far, and what headset are you using?
Have you run into any issues or limitations?
Any tips or advice for people who want to try VR on Hyprland?
I have a Samsung WMR headset and would love to try using it with Hyprland.
i’ve been trying for a while with no luck. The “Linux VR Adventures” Discord server recommends using literally anything else. which is a shame honestly. Also only affects wired Headsets AFAIK
Hi, I use an old oculus dev kit 2 for playing elite dangerous sometimes. It seems to work pretty good just using envision-xr-git ( GabMus / Envision · GitLab ). I think there are some things mentioned about configuring for wmr on the site you mentioned…..YMMV but thats what works for me. Maybe it kinda bypasses hyprland completely sort of…… I don’t know enough about it to comment, maybe like a tiny dm in there being pushed to the headset as a screen directly.
