I’ve seen a couple of tools for searching files. I don’t want to search all my files, I just want to add a few particular files to the Rofi launcher (I have a keybind assigned to rofi -show run). I’m coming from Linux Mint, where I could “favorite” files in Nemo, and search for them from the menu. I’d like something similar with Rofi. Is there a way I can implement this?
Still not sure how to do this. Is this possible in Rofi? Is there another tool that would do something similar?
I use walker and it does have an indexing service in elephant but I’m not sure if you can select just some dirs.
