MPV Video Full Screen Mode Colors washed out

When mpv is playing a video in a full screen mode the colors appear washed out. The colors look ok when not in the full screen mode.

When I set target-colorspace-hint=no in the mpv config file the colors in full screen appear correct.

Same issue here, it was fine before the v0.53 update.

try adding target-colorspace-hint=no in your ~/.config/mpv/mpv.conf

This fixed it. But why does this needs to be present in Hyprland session, in cosmic it works perfectly without this.

Hi Isrdot,

using various lenovo models - all with garuda hyprland - only on the t570 model this issue occured and is now fixed. Thank YOU and the whole of the Garuda/Hyprland Community.
