around systemwide including screenshot & screen recording its comes with washed out on whatever the software is ..
how do I solve this?

in my monitor my end everything looks so fine but when I try to capture the screen it happens

What does your monitor config look like, in Hyprland? Also, are you using an HDR monitor by any chance?
And what screenshot/screen recording software are you using?
