hello first off i just installed hyprland today
i am switching off from kde due to a large amount of bugginess on my gentoo system and speficaly switched to hyprland for the hdr support.
i right now have hyprland configered to run my main monitor (samsung odesy neo g7 (4k 165 hz (with dsc, 120 hz with out it) 1000 nits). but for hdr content it looks weird like when i try mosnter hutner wilds which correctly displays hdr content in kde plasma it looks like it’s still sdr even tho hyprland switched to displaying hdr and the game thinks it’s outputting hdr. also i can’t tell a diffrence between any of the brightness vaules in monster hunter wilds between 10 and 100, the onyl brightness that have any visable diffrence are 1 threw 10. this is very much not normal
