On forums.ankiweb.net these is Activity Summary feature under Prefrences>Emails.
Can we have the same for hyprland forum.

The forum in general doesn’t send any emails, and I am unsure if it can due to how the backend works. I’ll see if I can configure discourse to use a custom email backend.
Email notifications, especially for replies, would be great. As long as your email server speaks SMTP, it should be trivial. Edit: and if it doesn’t, you can just spin up a simple Postfix instance for the forum. Multiple email servers for sending are quite easy to set up, but replying via email might be a bit more complicated, though.
