Allowsinput makes the window ignore nofocus

I am not sure whether this is intentional or not, but it’s at least a bit unintuitive at first.
In the case of the Unity engine, since it’s an x11 app, using allowsinput fixes most of the issues.
However, it introduces a new one, tooltips being focused even if nofocus is applied to them:

windowrule = allowsinput, class:Unity
windowrule = nofocus, class:Unity, title:UnityTooltipWindow

A fairly easy workaround to this is explicitly disabling allowsinput for tooltips like so:

windowrule = allowsinput 0, class:Unity, title:UnityTooltipWindow

But I thought I’d post this in case it’s a bug.
