Early on I was using spotify-tui, but lately I’ve just been using the native spotify app and haven’t had any issues with it. Electron is still gross, but it works.
What are you guys using?

Not a Spotify user myself (I have my ancient collection of music files locally hosted via MPD), but I’ve been using vaxry’s Vermilion as a front-end for that lately, and it’s decent, despite a single pretty annoying performance issue I’ve been fiddling with trying to patch.
Can recommend it otherwise though.
I remember using spotify_player_full or something like that
but I also have switched away to a selfhosted library now
Wow this looks clean as hell, I didn’t even hear he was making this. Will definitely be giving that a shot.
I use ncspot from my terminal as I don’t like electron apps and it looks really clean in my opinion.
I use ncspot - but do miss the GUI sometimes.
I use Spicetify with the spotify-launcher package from the Arch repo.
What issues are you having with Electron, blurry font?
ncspot / cava in a split kitty on a special workspace.
With a “keep alive” systemd timer and a hotkey that I bound to one of the “playstation” keys on my Q6… works best for me, even though I know that ncspot is QUITE old.
