firstly, i am running a kind of weird system 3 gpus 4 displays, main 4k 165 hz display is on the 7900 xtx all other displays are on the 6600.

basically my 6600 is getting alot of usage that varies in a kind of wave shown on btop. but it only happens when something like my web browser (floorp flatpak) or steam are on display on my main monitor the 7900 xtx. and hyprland is running on my main gpu not on the 6600 sense for games i had aton of issues of the 6600 throttling compositing and display out and things being juggled between2 gpus constantly for each frame even tho i play in full screen and i have direct scan out enabled.
so basicaly how do i return gpu useage to normal where it should be at about 0% as the gpu is litlary jsut display out.
