Hey everyone,

I’ve been running CachyOS for a while now and I really like the performance. The only thing that always annoyed me on Hyprland was this: every time I switched wallpapers and let a script pull the colors (using wallust or similar), the Waybar layout would break or I’d have to reload everything manually to get it looking right again.

So I put together a tool called \*\*WaybarDynamicTheme\*\*. It’s basically an all-in-one script that still uses Wallust for the colors, but adds something I call \*\*Zero-Loss Layout Switching\*\*. It simply remembers your current layout, reloads GTK, Kitty/Ghostty, SwayNC and everything else, keeping all your custom modules intact without any resets.

I uploaded it to GitHub if anyone wants to try it or help improve it:

It’s made my daily setup on Cachy much smoother. Let me know what you think or if you have ideas for extra features!
