# Error with libhyprgraphics on hyprutils-git

I had the same problem as this thread on the garuda forum: [Hyprland won't start because of libhyprgraphics - Hyprland - Garuda Linux Forum](https://forum.garudalinux.org/t/hyprland-wont-start-because-of-libhyprgraphics/46077)

Downgrading from hyprutils-git to hyprutils fixes, but of we should be using the -git with hyprland-de.

Do you have other solution, or is it a buf that will be fixed? @vaxry

You shoud absolutely **not** be using -git with DE.

Oh, I don’t know why I had the -git installed then, I’ll trace why and fix it. Thanks!
